1. Chocolate Bath Bombs

Chocolate bath bombs contain the ingredients and oils, which moisturize and tone up the skin, making it more smooth and gentle. The scent of chocolate and almond improves the mood and adds energy, while the aroma of natural vanilla helps you relax and get rid of insomnia and stress.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of citric acid
  • 1 tablespoon of dehydrated milk
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon of apricot and jojoba oils
  • 10-20 drops of cacao and almond essential oils

To make the bath bomb, you should first mix the dry ingredients (baking soda, citric acid and cocoa). Having done that, mix the liquid components (dehydrated milk, essential oils and the oils of jojoba and apricot) and slowly add them to the dry mixture. Don’t hurry to do that. Otherwise, the mixture may start foaming and you will eventually fail to form the bombs. It is recommended to add one tablespoon of the liquid mixture after another and watch the reaction. As soon as the mixture is ready, you will not have much time to form the bombs. So, try to do that as quickly as possible. By the way, your bath bombs should not be round only. You can give them versatile look by placing them into special molds. Wait until all the bombs dry out and store them in an airtight plastic or glass container. It is recommended to use them during 6 months, because they may lose their properties afterwards.

DO NOT TRY THE OATMEAL AND HONEY BATH BOMB. It reacted on my mom and the blender exploded on her hand which now has us in the emergency room and my mom in surgery. I don't recommend making any of these because it can be dangerous! Try making something less reactive.

Why would you do it in the blender?
