There used to be a time when you couldn’t pay me to miss a threading appointment. That was until, no matter how much I asked the shop to stop creating a higher arch, it seemed like they absolutely couldn’t help themselves. As a direct result, my brows started getting thinner and thinner. And that was pissing me off more and more.
When I found a waxing place that I was comfortable with, one of the things that they did was tint my eyebrows until they could grow all the way back in. It worked like a charm. That’s what I thought about as I watched this henna eyebrow video by @glambykiana.

The things that make me prefer taking the henna approach over traditional eyebrow tinting is not only does it make your brows look fuller and it contains less chemicals than tinting products do, henna eyebrows can also last you a whopping six weeks (2-10 days on the skin underneath your brows) as well.

Plus, henna conditions and nourishes your hair, so you don’t have to worry about it doing more harm than good to the quality of your brows, just for the sake of looking beautiful.
If you want to get henna eyebrows done at a local shop, it’ll probably run you anywhere between $35-150. Or, if you want to try doing them yourself, there are several different kits to choose from (like the one here) for a fraction of the cost.
All I know is if you’re ready for a change as far as your eyebrows are concerned, you can’t go wrong with applying some henna to them. So…what are you waiting for?
