Did You Know That There’s A Lip Liner “Cheat Sheet”?

This will definitely help you to achieve your lip goals

I’m always gonna go hard for lip liner. I don’t care if every make-up artist on this planet decides that it’s no longer necessary — I will gladly and loudly rebel because if there’s one thing that helps to “set” my lipstick and lip gloss, lip liner would be it. And even though I’ve been using it for many years at this point, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t some things that I still need to learn.

Take the lip liner chart that I recently came across, for example. I never knew there was such a thing. Did you?

Thanks to @allbeautytips for this because it’s a great reminder that lip liner (some folks call them lip pencils) doesn’t just keep our lip colors from smudging or bleeding, various techniques can create a different type of lip look altogether.

So, which one piques your interest? Better yet, which one do you naturally gravitate to the most whenever you apply your liner?

While you’re taking all of this intel in, remember that it’s just as important to go with the best lip liner color. If you simply want to keep your lipstick “in the lines”, go with something that’s close to your natural lip color and complements your skin tone. If you’d prefer a bolder look, opt for a liner that’s a couple of shades darker than your lip color (remember to blend). And always opt for a texture that doesn’t dry your lips out.

Don’t see how you can’t be as big of a fan as I am of lip liner if you keep all of this in mind. And now that there’s a cheat sheet too? Hell yeah…Team Lip Liner all the way!
