In her lifestyle and beauty articles, Michelle will break down the tips, trends, and methods that have proven to be the best.

These days, trying to find an anti-aging face cream or serum can be absolutely daunting. There are so many choices! The biggest issue myself and women like me have is that eternal hunt for a face cream that truly moisturizes aging skin while at the same time reducing wrinkles.

Many anti-aging products on the market dry out your skin with harsh chemicals and they can actually leave your face looking worse for wear rather than improved. You can often find yourself with weird dry spots, inflamed skin, and wasted money.

Fortunately, I've found some great products on Amazon that are under $20 that can moisturize dry skin as well as work to improve the texture, smooth lines, and repair damage.

Aging does not have to be a drag and awesome skin care products don't have to break the bank. If you like ordering products from Amazon and don't mind adding a few bucks for shipping, then feel free to check out my list below. Good luck!

1. Retseliney Advanced Firming & Lifting Eyelid Cream

I discovered this product while searching for an eyelid/upper eye firming product. I came to find out that you can use this as an overall face treatment as well as an eye cream.

Sitting at about $17.99 on Amazon for 1oz (30ml), you certainly get bang for your buck here. Not only does it firm the skin and smooth away wrinkles, but it is also one of the only anti-wrinkle creams I've found that moisturizes.

I have naturally oily skin, so at first I was worried that this product would make my skin too greasy wearing it in the day (which can happen), but it absorbs into the skin nicely and can be worn under makeup. Those who have dry skin and also want an anti-aging product will appreciate this product immensely.

There is a fragrance in this product, but it's so light that it's not offensive at all. It's not overpowering, and I've experienced zero adverse reactions from my sensitive skin. This product contains peptides, retinol, hyaluronic acid, glycolic acid, vitamin E, and vitamin C. It's also advertised as being 97% derived from natural ingredients, 72% organic, as well as paraben-free. It can be used on the face, neck, and upper and lower eyes; day or night. It can be worn under makeup and is in a pump bottle.

2. Luxe Joie Ultra Rich Peptide Cream

This cream is definitely thicker than the last one and has more of a scent. But for as rich as this face cream is - it's not greasy and absorbs nicely into the skin.

This cream contains a lot of organic ingredients such as aloe leaf juice, shea butter, jojoba seed oil, grapeseed oil, and even pumpkin seed oil, but the most powerful ingredients here are Hyaluronic Acid and Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5.

Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 is a peptide which penetrates the skin and enhances collagen production. By stimulating collagen synthesis, this complex helps to strengthen skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Hyaluronic acid, which is found in most anti-aging skin care products these days (including the Retseliney product as discussed above) captures and replenishes moisture in the skin to keep a more youthful "glow".

This product is a rich cream that indulges the skin without being overly greasy. It does have a fragrance that some may not like but this product really is a moisturizer and an anti-aging serum all in one. You can use in on your neck, chest, and hands as well. It can be used day or night and can be worn under makeup.

You'll get 3.4 oz (or 100ml) for a price of $18.49, plus shipping of course. The product comes in an airless pump bottle.

3. Argabelle Retinol Moisturizer Anti-Aging & Anti-Wrinkle Cream

This product did get some great reviews on Amazon, and it's the most inexpensive of anything I've found, with terrific quality to boot.

This product has 2.5% active retinol, which isn't too strong for most skin types. I always recommend using a retinol product at night first to make sure you don't have any adverse reactions. Some of the other ingredients contained in this product are rich in revitalizing moisture, such as hyaluronic acid, organic aloe, green tea, Jojoba oil, and shea butter.

This retinol moisturizer is advertised to not only reduce lines and wrinkles, but also to diminish age spots and blemishes and acne scars. The texture is light, and the scent is mild.

This product in particular definitely lifts and tones the skin, making it feel "awake." It can be worn under makeup and used day or night. For the price of $14.50, you get 1.7 oz (50ml), and the container has a flat pump on top to dispense the product.
